I am very satisfied with the work performed by Glass and More (now VELA Shower Door Co.) for my main bathroom shower. They took all my requirements into consideration, including the use of 1/2 inch thick tempered glass and delivered a perfect shower enclosure. As you can imagine, I also contacted other companies and some did not want to work with 1/2 inch tempered glass. Glass and More was very professional during the entire process of measurement, quotation, delivery, and installation. I highly recommend them.

I have used Glass and More (now VELA Shower Door Co.) for three bathroom remodeling projects, in 2004, 2015, and now in 2023. He also cut a glass table top for me at some point, which is still in use. I shopped around on the first two projects, and he was among the low bids, but I didn't bother this time because I knew the work would be done well. I have always found Spencer and his son, Jake, to be knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. As part of the recent job, I asked Jake to replace the worn seals on the shower door he installed in 2015, and he did so for no extra charge.

We recently used Jake's service for a 80-inch shower glass project. Jake's remarkable responsiveness, knowledge, and patience illuminated our project from the initial message exchanges to the face-to-face discussions, measurements, and installation. He consistently listened to our needs, providing options with clear pros and cons, along with a consistent and detailed cost breakdown. Throughout the process, Jake ensured we were well-informed about the schedule, a critical aspect given that our project spanned the winter break and encountered snowy conditions. The installation team, led by Jake, was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and completed the job within the estimated two hours. They maintained minimal noise levels and left no trace of dirt behind.
